Every engagement starts with a discovery call. From there, the work is custom, tailored to where you are and what's most urgent. Most clients work with me on an ongoing basis, with sessions structured around real situations as they arise.

What changes

What shifts is both internal and practical. You'll have language for what's happening, frameworks to act on it, and the courage that comes from genuinely understanding yourself as a leader. Most clients describe it as up-leveling: a real change in how they show up, not just how they think about it.
