Peggy has spent more than 20 years building a coaching practice around one belief: that the quality of leadership determines the fate of a company. That isn't a soft idea. It's the pattern she's seen repeat across 360+ founder teams, from pre-seed to Series A and beyond.
Most of her clients come through Techstars or founder referrals. They're smart, driven, and technically excellent. What they're navigating, sometimes for the first time, is the gap between building a product and leading the people who build it with them. That gap is where Peggy works.
Over the years she's developed frameworks across three domains: self-mastery, leadership, and culture. They're not theory. They're built from what she's seen work, and what she's seen fail, across hundreds of founding teams. They make invisible dynamics visible: the patterns, power struggles, and blind spots that drain energy and slow companies down. They give founders a shared language to act on what they find.
Before focusing on founders, Peggy spent over a decade at the macro level of organizational development with The Boeing Company, where she trained 200+ coaches and managed the coaching components of Boeing's executive leadership program. That work taught her how leadership functions, and breaks down, inside complex, high-stakes organizations. It's a lens she brings to every early-stage team.
Peggy also uses equine coaching as an experiential methodology with clients who want it. Horses respond only to what's actually happening: your energy, your presence, your congruence between intention and action. There's no performing your way through it. For founders who want to see their leadership patterns in real time, without filters, it's one of the most direct tools she's found.
Peggy is based in Coupeville, WA. She works with founders across the US and internationally, primarily remotely.
